Town Hall Terrace

Summary

Town Hall Terrace is looking to modernize their website, allowing prospective renters to easily understand all their various housing offerings and community benefits, whether they’re on a computer or mobile device.

The various historic signage that exists to this day in the community have a common oval shape to them, so we used that as a basis for a system of logos and icon-based sub-brands for their various housing types, including townhouses, apartments, and patio homes. And with an abundance of nature elements such as ponds, grass, dirt, and trees found on the expansive property, a faithful representation via a color scheme came together naturally.
